Your personal information is safe with us. We do not sell, trade, or give your personal information to anyone at any time. All information is strictly in-house.

Cancellations:

Our cancellation policy is 7 days prior to arrival. If you cancel within the 7 days you will forfeit 1 night plus tax. In some cases we can move your reservation to another date providing we have availability, but prices may vary for this action, unless there is a minimum night requirement ( Holidays and Special Events ). When booking during these dates it is good to call us ( 800-600-6000 ) and find out what the cancellation policy might be for that particular holiday or event.

Pets and Smoking:

This is a NO PET facility; Pets are not allowed on the property. All rooms at the Marina Resort and Forest Shores are NON - SMOKING ROOMS. Allowing a Pet, or Allowing a person to Smoke in your room can result in you being asked to leave our property at your own expense ( NO REFUNDS ) or a $ 150.00 fee and any other damages that may occur can and will be imposed on your Credit Card.
