Nottingham's Restaurant and Bar

Nottinghams is one of our very favorite restuarants. Its the first thing we recommend to everybody. The first major point in their favor is their awesome food. They have an awesome burger called the Nottiburger (pretty much all we ever order), but they also have good steaks and full dinners. Try their Lobster Bisque Soup too- its near divinity. Their upstairs area has a good view out over the street and of the lake, and its home to live entertainment on most summer weekends (-check their website for a schedule). They're also our favorite, and many of our guest's, becuase they are right across the street from the Marina Resort, providing instant access to quality food. How often does that happen? As a final bonus, Marina Resort guests can get a 10% discount on their food. Now we're talking!

Nottingham's Select Menu

From the Sea

  • Stuffed Salmon- A filet of Salmon stuffed with shrimp, crabmeat, cilantro, and jalapeno; baked with an aioli sauce.
  • Southwest Scallops- Penne pasta tossed with alfredo sauce, minced lobster, and a hint of chipotle paste, surrounded by bronzed scallops

From the Grill

  • Filet Mignon- An 8 oz filet wrapped in bacon and topped with crumbeld bleu cheese.
  • New York Steak- 10 oz New York Steak
  • Pepper Steak- A 10 oz New york Steak with white pepper, and black pepper, and garlic.
  • Notti Burger- A 1/2 pound burger topped with bacon, cheddar cheese, and avocado, served with french fries.

Dinner Entrees

  • BBQ Pork Ribs (half or full)- Slowly baked and served in Nottingham's homemade barbeque sauce.
  • Chicken Picatta- Tender Filet of chicken breast sauteed with capers in a white wine sauce.
  • Nottingham's Chicken Supreme- A breast of chicken stuffed with ham and Swiss cheese, topped with mushrooms and diced tomatoes in a cream sauce

Pasta Specialties

  • Seafood Pasta- Scallops, Shrimp, White Fish, and Minced Lobster, tossed with sun-dried tomatoes, shallots, and garlic, finished with a champagne sauce
  • Stuffed Manicotti- Manicotti stuffed with zucchini, onions, havarti, ricotta, and mozarella cheeses, baked with marinara suace
